As a real human artist, with limited time, I couldn't help but try to generate this page description using AI.  It only made me mad.  I do not use generative AI.  My art and writing is made from genuine creativity.  

I create art in many different styles, but have curated a specific feel here on the Treasures of the Glynn website.  My current style is dark and spooky, but also cute and cheery.  I like this contrast in mood.  I also enjoy mixing opposing mediums and methods.

I start my illustrations on paper.  I love hand inking my linework, because it gives everything an organic and potentially unsettling look. I then color my artwork digitally. This gives me room to experiment with color in a flexible way.  It also makes color matching when printing artwork much easier.

I am greatly inspired by Käthe Kollwitz and Junji Ito, Hayao Miyazaki, many impressionist artists, Romantic poetry, metal music, nature, etc. etc. It would be pointless to try to list it all.
